Well I guess according to Alek of Noir this channel is in total support of Noirs actions. So I guess the anyone employing a mercenary from this channel can expect a bit of double-dipping by the mercs they employ.

This channels seems pretty dead probably because it allows scamming mercs like Noir.

Use its 'recommended' mercs with caution. Sorry Pitboss.
