FIX - launcher-update hangin in loop, repair tool failing aswell

Since my launcher tried to update itself endless after the latest patch, I wasn't even able to launch through the eve.exe directly as it was running the update each time again. I got this fixed through:

1. Go to your eve-launcher-cache-folder, like X:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\launcher\cache while X is the partition eve is installed on.
2. Run the updater.exe which should now patch the launcher and start it afterwards
3. Finally play until the next patch is breakin it again ;)

Note: I'm still thinkin all these problems have to do with my FW/Router running a http-proxy (squid, running in transparent mode) + the launcher/updater/repair-tool aren't compatible with it obviously (though I didn't run into any problems with the old update-mode).

weird i dont have the updater.exe can you maybe send it to me tough email or even put it on download link

I have the same problem. I wil applying a patch but it resets after 25 % and run again and again and again till you get sick of it.

Sorry for the late response.
Well, I get to update step 3/7 what I can see and after that the update seems to be "completed" - surely it isn't, as it restarts again and again.

@Rayno You sure you had a look for the right directory?

X:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\launcher\cache

inside I got a folder called "download" + files called "checksums", "EveOnlineLauncherInstaller_TQ_1_11.exe", "EveOnlineLauncherInstaller_TQ_1_13.exe" (latest patch), launcher.log, settings.yaml, updater.exe (this one you need!) and last but not least "win_launcherinfoTQ_inc.txt".

edit: If u still need the updater.exe, give me a shout and I'll upload it somewhere.
