Launcher stopped working

Yesterday after was my client crushed, launcher was stooped working, I was manually tried to run repair, but after repair.exe finish checking no any improvement, now I can run game only with exefile from bin sub folder.
I don't get any error/log from launcher, so in my developer language it is useless piece of software, half coded.
In my opinion we need more user-friendly launcher, than was this launcher at last password storage functionality for faster login, self repairing and/or error report, now we have only one click more == useless.

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Platform: i7, 6GB DDR-3 PC16000, nVidia GTX570
