Just need skill books for:
Blops BS / Jump Freighter / Dread / SC (either Gallente or Minmatar!)

3 JCs / +4 implants / LG snake set (4 of 6 implants)
positive sec status
80k CONCORD LP (does this actually transfer?) and another 250k or so spread across the toon

2 days of training gets you into Recon (rapier/huginn)
22 days of training gets you into Marauders (Gallente or Minmatar!)
9 days left til HAC 5

I believe he took your bid as 10b + toon. Also character trades aren't allowed anymore as far as I know.
