POS Modules and T2/Siege/Logistics

I couldnt find anything on forums about POS modules and new POSes. Had a few ideas, so wanted to share and see if anyone else has something to ad.
Why not come up with specialized T2 POS towers that wouldnt in reality be regular POSes with higher resists, but would include some CPU and Power bonuses for specialized Modules. Have a fun while taking over system by installing , lets say, a Minnie POS with a specialized Tactical POS Logistics mod that would enable an Armor rep mod to rep up to 3 ships (amount of rep and cycle time unimportant atm). Would be great to have som ething like that around. Of course, that mod would burn Strontium...and Tower cannot be, lets say, re-stronted while mod is online or even repaired.
Or ..again, just thinking out loud, make a POS with 3 "rig" slots, that would prevent it to mine moon or hold anything but mega giga guns capable of destroying a supercap, but only if a siege POS mod is online.
Also had some thoughts about MWD. Once you turn a micro WARP drive you in effect create a warp bubble around a ship...lets make it, that you can use it, with no signature radius penalty on larger ships, but you can only go straight, no turns...
And, for a last of these crazy ideas...if a ship goes into a hull, make it so that its modules get damaged, and it loses tracking/damage mod/ or cannot reload. Makes more sense.
