Reinstalled from CD and Launcher / Repair Tool still failed

As subject states I reinstalled the game from my Officer Edition Disk. I downloaded the newest Repair tool 3.45 and dropped it in the eve folder and let the repair tool run its course. 3.8gigs to Patch from Tyrannis to Crucibal and it fails at 319kb left on the patch. The launcher completes and the repair tool completes at 3/7 and fails to continue the process


I have even restored my desktop back to March 12th to try and repatch my original client that even failed.


This isn't typical CCP fashion.

LMAO relaunched the repair tool last night just for sh*t's and giggles and it did something different. now the client will not launch at all. Says its 16bit and I have a 64 Win 7 Operaitng system. So the fresh install I just did has became completely useless
