Windows Installer Fails to download payload files

Okay, For starters, don't tell me to manually download the game. I just formatted my machine and now the eve installer won't work. Considering I was lucky enough to get Win7 x64 Ultimate to install off my DVD of it, i'm not about to go and risk having to re-download EVERYTHING ALL OVER MULTIPLE TIMES! CCP, Please fix the installer. Sucks that I can't play a game that I pay to play due to the installer not working.

No AV Installed - Have tried even disabling my Windows Firewall to no avail.
Win 7 x64 Ultimate is the OS.

Using the installer or downloading all the files manually, both are going to be the same amount of time. Manually downloading just bypasses the glitch the installer is having with your connection

Best advice to get into the game tonight, is grab the manual install files (1 executable 2 payloads) using JDownloader. That has worked for multiple users today and the full client has been fully patched up today to boot.

If you don't want to do this then well. Can't help you
