Multiple local clones/Local jump

Implants is hindering some peoples ability to pvp and sometimes you want different implants for different ships. One solution to this problem could be to allow more then one clone per station you have clones in.

The 24 hour cooldown on jumpclones is good to limit peoples ability to play on multiple places at a time.
The idea is that you can jump into another clone in the same station as you are in without triggering the cooldown. A 1 hour cooldown could be a good idea to limit what abusive type of things you could do with this.

This would come with a need for a new skill that allows one more clone per station you have jump clones in. The wording in the Infomorph psychology skill would be changed to something like "Allows jump clones at 1 more station per skill level".

I agree to the reduced timer for clone jumps within the same station, but I think the limit to clones per station should still be 1.
