ok , so downloaded update , got new launcher window , bottom :

(1/3): Creating EVE_Online_350962-351477.patch 25%

So , as soon as it's gets to 25% it drops to 0% and starting over , again till 25% , so , i have this now for 3 hours non stop : /

You might want to post a Log of the process here for the Devs.

You can also go here to get the patch and inport it into the launcher to get in today. Be warned this does not "fix" your problem so getting any and all logs from your issue as well as info like "did you have any problems yesterday" would be helpful for others and the Devs.
