OAR-G is the best corporation I've had the pleasure of being a member of in the 4 years I've been playing this game. The fostered environment here is one that's easy to transition into. The leadership of OAR-G makes every effort to engage active, participating members. There is always a role to fill here... whether it's helping/leading with fleets, OP Planning, pvp training, logistics, ice mining, recruitment, POS monkeys, industrial... etc. There is absolutely no shortage of **** to do... I promise.

As far as advancement goes, we delegate responsibilities as we see fit, and find best suited based on activity, knowledge and drive... Beyond that, there is and will always only be 6 directors, those of which are equal shareholders in the corporation (including the CEO)

OAR-G is first and foremost a Player Vs. Player corporation, don't ever forget that. Everything revolves around killing things that are not blue to us. It's what keeps us looking good, and keeps us and our alliance happy! OAR-G has a great FC team. Also, the coalition wide block FC's are some of the best I've had the pleasure of flying with.

As a full member of Fatal Ascension, we also enjoy many perks and rewards for our activities and accomplishments. So, what perks can you expect as a new member in this corporation? Well, OAR-G is a Meritocracy, as defined by the above advancement criteria. You will get what you put in, and most of the time you'll get a lot more back. We try to make sure our members are rewarded for doing anything that makes us and our alliance look and operate more efficiently.

Every member, unless under special circumstances is put on a 1 to 3 month probation, decided by the recruiting director. Beyond that you can expect the very basic that every member enjoys:

• 5 kills per month

Members that don't log in for over a month are stripped of roles and removed from corp until their return.

We're also planning on expanding our PVE side of the corp into more profitable and effective activities. We want to make best effort to make sure that our members have some change jingling in those pockets for new shinny PVP ships.
