Ok I am curious for users that are having issues with Corruption/Extraction issues as well as others who have problems downloading. I would like to see what processes are running in the background on your systems to see if we can Isolate a pattern or program that might be causing grief for some of you.

What I want is a screenshot of your Running Processes from your Windows Task Manager like So...

Example

To do this.

Open your Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + DELETE or Right click on your taskbar and select Task Manager).

Click the Processes Tab

Make sure you can see all the processes you have running. Fullscreen it if you have to

Use CTRL + ALT + PrtScn (Print Screen) to take a picture of the Task Manager (Make sure it is the active window by clicking on it anywhere)

Open Paint

Paste the picture and then save it whever you like

Upload the picture and post it here. (You can use Dropbox to do this and easily link them directly here. Or use your favorite image hosting service.

So nobody with issues wants to help me (and possibly the GM's) help you figure this out?

Interesting....

For me, it was the patch_win process that disconnected my network.

I want actual shots of the Processes if you still have issues with the patcher (Which I know you do Hazen :P ). I want to see everything to see what might conflict with something else. A single process mention does me no good.

And I still am curious why you would loose network connection using the patcher, that is downright odd.

I'll try next time a patch is deployed, cause it won't have the same issues now.

It doesn't matter when. Next patch you will run into the same glitch all over again (unless they change something).

The processes I want to look through are whatever is running at anytime that you would start the launcher/play eve/whatever. Having a patch or not doesn't matter.

I really would like more than 1 users as well so I have something to compare to.

I could tell you now that when I repair its just repair32.exe and patch_win.exe processes running other than the system processes and other crap usually running, but I i will do it when a patch is deployed otherwise it's not the same effect.
