Anyone from Singapore facing Launcher/Repair.exe issues?

The issues I faced patching were all solved by using an OpenVPN tunnel.

This seems to suggest the Singapore ISP (SH MOL) I am using has issues maintaining stable communications with the patch server.

Am I alone in this, or is there a more generalized issue at hand?

Thank you for the suggestion! Had been trying repair.exe for so many times on 2 different machines I was giving up. Used a VPN and it worked. SH MOL here also.
