Is all of nul sec taken and offlimits to roamers?

Goonswarm and Test replace ships and provide all sorts of stuff for their new players.

Unless your in reddit or something awful do not apply. If they ask you to do not.

Join eve uni. Some times they go on roams into nullsec.

Nullsec is huge. Its impossible to camp all empire and low sec entrances to null sec 24 7.

Check dotlan for ships kills and jumps into a system to see its traffic and head there.

Null sec in my experience is very porous.

Do some background work see who lives in the null sec area you want to go too. Figure out there down time(when there sleeping at work) be active then.

Know at any time they can probe you down and kill you and they will with extreme prejudice.

1st Rule of Eve Online - Don't fly something you cannot afford to replace.
2nd Rule of Eve Online - Figure it's blown up the moment you undock.
