Eve Mail is re-marked as UnRead every time I log in

For some reason, no matter how many times I read this one piece of eve-mail it always gets remarked as unread the next time I log in.

I haven't received any eve-mail since this broken one, so I don't know if it's just this specific eve-mail or all mail from this point forward.

I heard it might be a known caching issue, but all of my internet searches have come up empty.

Any idea how to fix this?

I'm guessing this is a simple fix (such as delete a cache file). I could really use some help, I know it's a known issue and there's a way to fix it!

Do like you say and Delete the cache files (you can do it from the Launcher Settings Menu (The Wrench/Spanner)). If it works, let us know, if not, let us know still.

Haven't heard of this issue in the last few days so its new to me.

Awesome, thank you Fishmaskle!

I had not messed with the new launcher yet and didn't notice the delete cache options. It is now fixed!

Steps I took (I hope this is useful to someone else in the future)

1) Open Eve launcher
2) Click on the 'options/settings' icon at the top right of the launcher
3) Click on "Eve Client Settings" tab
4) Click "Clear" button to the right of "Clear Cached Client Data"
5) Log into Eve and choose your character
6) Read your Eve-mail (it will be UnRead when you log in after just clearing the cache)
7) If the Eve-Mail is now showing as Read, the next time you log in it will remain in that state (which is what should happen).
