If those ships learned how to fit a proper tank, they wouldn't die quite as easily:

This is a myth.

Any mining ship can be ganked on the cheap, it's how they are designed. Gimp a Hulk enough, and you can claim it's safer against ganks, but by that point a Covetor will out-mine it. The Hulk has no point in Eve other than being a big fat high isk target.

Last night I spent less than two hours running eight sites in a wormhole. I was almost 200 million isk richer when I was done.

Now that's using two accounts, one to shoot sleepers and one to salvage at the same time. And it's risky, wormholes being nullsec. You have to learn how to live out there. Still, 50+ million per hour per account is good money.

A halfway-skilled/experienced mission runner can easily trreble that in a T1 BS (with full t2 tank-n-gank fit, on the way to T II large weapons skill-wise), and that's not counting flipping LPs intelligently (as that can take awhile).

Much safer from suicide-ganks, too, if you don't outrageously pimp the ship, either.

Star Wars: the Old Republic may not be EVE. But I'll take the sound of dual blaster-pistols over "NURVV CLAOKING NAOW!!!11oneone!!" any day of the week.

We recently started a small campaign with our corp to try to rid Gallente space of as many Ice miners as we can.. We can't compare to the Goon's & their numbers but we will try to do our part to make sure there are many less Mackinaws in the ice belts 23.5/7.

Well there are at least 14 less than there were at the start of the week.. Pirate

Who's the RMT guy paying you to make high sec belts cleaner? -ho w8...odds are that you will never shoot those but only very small corps/solo miners not accepting to join those RMT corps, amirite?

You know that CCP will have to put an end to this sorcerer hunt right? - keep shooting your own foot but don't come back QQ like a little girl later.

If you would like to pay us to gank specific miners or not gank certain miners in Gallente high sec please contact me. We are in Caldari Militia, so ISK of course can solve problems..

Have you ever done 4 jumps through high sec with a gang of 3 red flashy Destroyers, to hit a target, only to have the guys whom were station camping and now chasing us, figure out where we were going, causing us to bail from that gank at the last min and acquire a new target on the run, back in the system we originally started in?

Of course this all being done on the run, dual boxing the warp in alt trying to find a new target, FC'ing the gang of red flashy alts blindly jumping through high sec systems and trying to make sure we don't jump back into a system trough the same gate have already exited from, because if we do, then the Navy will already be there to insta scram us.

Have you have done this kind of "risk free" PVP and still managed to get a secondary target on the run, gank the Mack successfully and get a 500 million ISK pod to boot? Yea it's risk adverse alright.. Roll

Oh I can tell you from where, lol.
The miner hate comes from the guys that are poor at multitasking and tripple boxing, pvping with one acount, mining with two others, making for every 1 hour of pvping, about 300-400 mill isk at the same time. That must be where this hate is coming from :) Not everyone can use certain parts of their brains.
