Ship for sansha null anoms and plex's

going to start doing sansha plex's and anoms in a few weeks. but i cant decide what ship to take. i can fly both a tengu and a legion and i have my alt in an ishtar or if i decide he should train for a vaga.

question. what sites will the legion and tengu be able to solo? and what sites can the HACs tank if i decide to bring them along?

the vaga will have a 1k dps tank and goes 900/s with resists at 97,4 and 91,7
while the ishtar just got a 500dps tank with a speed just over 600m/s and resists at 87,2 and 91,7
