All this drama coming from a simple search to find out how somebody sent me a corp notification like that ... I wonder if I can do anything to prevent it? I also wonder if it gets hit with CSPA charges or not...

No, the lesson to learn is that visiting websites can lead to having cookies on your computer, which are (apparently) a sign of a cross-site scripting attack on your computer.

Either that or it could be that visiting the interwebs while overly paranoid can cause you to spew random 'hacker-ish' terms and claim that there was an attack on your computer.
