If you get the following error delete these files in the root Eve director

any .patch files, resLocalization.stu

Restart eve client
CCP Donut Golem
C C P
C C P Alliance

This is not a recommend work-around, as this file will simply missing from you client until you run through the Launcher again, or run the Repair Tool. Instead, I'd ask any user who's experiencing these errors to find me in https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=938606#post938606 so that we can gather additional data.
