Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Started the update and client as normal. client downloaded and told me all is ready as normal.

Client closes and update process starts, downloads without issue, and prepares to install.

Step 7/7 it seems all is going well, then i see an error.

It closes too fast so i cant see what it says but i think it says

"Error: Cannot create shortcut to C:program files...." and thats all i can see.

update launcher shuts down. no error message, no client restart nothing.

I restart client, i immediately see the notification box telling me "Client update downloaded. Press OK and client will close and begin update process."

I click OK, and update box comes up. It continues as normal, then same thing happens. recieve that error, and every single time it closes without warning or any error messages too fast that i cant see WTF is going on and i cant find the folder i need to look for it.

I reset my PC, did a virus scan and defrag, the process repeats itself again an again.

EvE is installed on D drive (D has more space and is faster) and i flatly REFUSE to download the ****ing 6 gig client over again.

I JUST paid 4 months account and now this **** happens. help please.
