Mission/Warp To location Missing

Since the latest patch hit I have noticed that I am no longer able to Warp To Location through agent conversations or journal entries when running missions, that I have to use the bookmarks provided. Now, it's not a serious issue considering the bookmarks are still an option, but I usually just have the journal page open in a corner and do my warping to and from missions from there. I was wondering of this is just a minor bug, or if it was an intended change?

And is anyone else having the same problem?

confirm, no "warp" option in context menu of the journal
