It's called "Golem", and it sucks. It's a Caldari ship with two Minmatar bonuses, that's as close as you can get to a Caldari/Minmatar hybrid ship.

I'd say fast, shield-tanked missiles boats (like the Machariel, just with torpedoes). There are already fast, shield-tanked projectile boats available (Angels).

Armor-tanked laser/drone boats. Kind of like the Guristas line, just with lasers instead of missiles and armor instead of shield tank. The ultimate solution for any ammo problem.

Of course, there's already a ship similar to that (Arbitrator).
