Free skillpoints for participants of mass-tests

2M SP have been added to 420 characters on Buckingham for yesterday's mass test.

I am reading this thread - but normally there is nothing to be done for mass tests from old mirrors. Either you got the skill points or I will not be able to verify your claim. I only have proper logs directly after the mass test - most are deleted with new mirrors.

Blast! That was the closest i've ever come to being able to participate in a mass test...

Got home, then logged in, got into the designated system at around 18:15 Eve time.. (and the 'test' was slotted to last an hour), nobody there and nobody in the 'mass test" channel...only 4 ppl in system, i jumped around, went through some gates, and never saw another soul. Glad i wasted my time to attempt to participate.

Please do something to help the US time zone ppl with this, please...

Buckingham received a new mirror and skill-points for the last 5 mass-tests have been re-applied. The maximum amount of re-applied skill points is 10 million - but only if you participated in all 5 of them.

Valid mass-tests:
September 27
June 21
May 15
May 10
May 3

I am still missing data for the mass test on the 14th of June, so I was not able to apply skill points for this one.

In the mass test on June 16th? In this case: Unfortunately yes - it sucks.

it was june 14th but yeah.....definitely blows. Now I don't have any sp to spend Roll

if it's possible I would like this taken into consideration, as I said I don't have any sp to spend now and getting into masstests isn't exactly easy given that there's generally no notice whatsoever that there is even going to be a masstest, except for the one on buckingham, which was later postponed and then never had the new date announced anyway and just sort of happened with no warning; otherwise I would have been in all of them.

2M skill points have been applied to 506 characters on Buckingham for participating in yesterday's mass test. They will be applied to other servers (Duality, Singularity) if we need players to test on these servers.

I was in 2 mass tests a while back, but when i was on the other day i noticed i had only a few k unallocated
from regular skill removal.
so, any chance i can have them back or get to know what happened with them?

I am sorry, but my logs tell me that you did not really participate in the mass test (but yes, you logged in for a short time).

so are those of us who logged in but never received an invite borked? (I believe I recieved one about 5 minutes after I x'd up at which point I had left thinking it wasn't going to happen)

To give the devs a chance of sorting out who did take part of the test and who just logged on to Buck and fiddled around one have to actually take part.

Which means being online (and updated) in time, checking forums and ingame channels, getting in fleet and prepped to die _in time_.

Now, the fleet handling in W last time was a bit shoddy, and voice was worse.

But it's masstest, and excrements happen, just like in any normal large fleet fight.

Taking part in a masstest is free, and the SP you get are temp and will be overwritten at the next mirror.

I actually think they are fun events and when they break down or go pearshaped I still like that they are allowed to do that.

Because CCP can record and learn from it.

And since I'm not a special snowflake and I'm not running masstest to get SP, I find them fun, and if I get bonus SP on SiSI/Buck then it's just a toy to play with.

Like learning that you are supposed to add fuel to your capital before trying to jump ...

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

I've not received any skill points for participating in the mass test on Thursday Nov 23. I was in Fleet X and lost 2 Ravens in the battles.

My apologies, I found them on Buckingham. I didn't read the fine print and thought they were awarded in the game rather than the test server.

How is it an incentive to get skill points that are only good on the test server? Maybe 1m towards Tranquility and you'd get a better turn out.

I was present at the the mass test but did not receive any skillpoints, could you check the logs?
