I'd like to take a little time to quickly give some feedback on the new Caldari rookie ship.

I like the new model. The colouring and the engine layout with the new(ish) engine trails look great! The style fits with the other Caldari ships (particularly the Tengu and the new Scorpion). Overall I think it's a great improvement over the old version!

My one complaint is that it's symmetrical! Can't you chop off a wing or something?!

Keep up the spaceship improvement CCP! Loving it!

What do other people think about the new rookie ships?

This is my signature. There are many like it but this one is mine!

It's not a Velator.

Liking the new rookie ships myself. My T2 fit suicide velator of comedy doom now looks more hilarious.

I agree that the new Ibis is great. Although I cannot agree with you on the chopping off a wing front. I for one am glad we finally seem to be moving away from the horrible asymetrical ships of old. Some ships work like that(new Velator) but most don't (old Ibis)
Now if only we had more opportunites to actually use these new rookie ships.
