Great tool thanks, been using it off and on for like 2 years now.
Couple things:
- The latest version doesn't even load at all in open office, it just hangs up. Works find in MS Excel (this is a known issue w/ open office, but it used to at least load, just not do the xml/api updates.)
- Mobile Warp Disruptor aren't available under the T1 mods.

Maybe I'm not seeing it, but do you involve/show the 'time to build' anywhere? With the increased build time for many mods, it would be a very nice thing to have to sort out when you need to build base/middle components.

Hi Stabhore
thanks for the feedback, Im glad you like the tool.
-I can't tell you why it wont work in OpenOffice now if it did before as i haven't really change any vital part for the previous version to this. But as the tool is build 100% for MS office, then I don't think there is much to do about it.
-Mobile Large Warp Disruptor I, needs planet material, so you will find the T1 version under the Planet interaction Tool.
-I am working on added the factory cost to all the tools, but it is taking longer than i expected. But stay tuned as it will slowly be added in the coming versions.

Hi,

Is it possible to see the assets from station containers? I use the corp hanger and have all my minerals and salvage ect separated in station containers.

Also can it pull the BP info from the assets list or does this need to be put in manually?

Thanks

Hi
no it is not possible to get the minerals or materials stored in containers, the API does not support this.

The api asset does not contain the ME or TE, neither does it see if it's a original or copy.
Therefore it makes no sense to import them via the asset AS I.

I thought they had changed that. I know they were talking about it. No worries, thanks for the great tool

The new version 16,7,8 should now include asset import from containers stored inside your personal station hangar.

Dedaf- your tool is awesome (so is your excel sheet).

One request, though. Can you please include a column on the Ore Mining and Ice Mining pages for compressed ore/ice values, so that we can calculate profitability based on compressed ore prices?

There is currently a 10-50% profit margin on selling compressed ore, and your spreadsheet currently only shows the mineral valuation of ore. If there was an option to show the profitability of selling ore compressed (or raw ore) rather than the mineral values, that would be extremely helpful.

Hey Dedaf, I've been using your tool for so long now and I just don't know where id be without it! Thanks for building it :) I just realised with the new changes to reprocessing, that there are some errors in your formula for ice reprocessing.. I was wondering today why your spreadsheet was telling me I could get more reprocessing efficiency then on the actual game, so did some looking round and for some reason they have decided to base one of the bonuses for ice reprocessing on "Ore Processing Skills average". Some people like myself may have not got them skills down yet, and so the bonus is not given as highly as others, nevertheless, the spreadsheet so far, on the ice tabs anyway, Don't take that into account and so the numbers for me are wrong =O Hope this helps. Thanks again o7

Have looked at some things and apparently the way CCP made it, it sort of looks like im gaining less when im not, done the calculations and all is well. Thanks!!

Your excel program is amazing.

I was messing around with the ore compression tab.

Parameters:
Compress missing minerals from the production tool: Capital
Using High-sec ores (veld, scord, pyro, etc)

Ore Result
XX Veld
YY Plag
ZZ Omber

This was perfect but the minerals supplied after refining exceeded what i needed for capital production. As an example I needed 52m trit and the compression tab provided 60m after refining the recommend quantities of ore.

Is it possible to design an optimized compression table that will indicate how much of each compressed ore is needed to minimize the total volume of the compressed ore/minerals? and limit the amount of excess minerals shipped?

Hey Dedaf,

Great tool. Used it previously and after I came back from a 6 week break I noticed something weird.

When you set to build 30 ships (anytype) as long as you have enough components in stock for 1 ship it won't show how many are missing.

Picture

It also doesn't seem to be recognising the ships for the T2 ships in the Advanced Assembly array, AS I def have 30 ships in there.

Cheers

Edit - Updated to 16.7.8a and it seems to work now

Hey Dedaf,

Couple of issues I have noticed.

Fermonic Condensates is not calculating correctly (Same issue as I posted above I believe).

Picture

As you can see I need more Fusion reactors but no Fermonic Condensates are displaying.

Also - When selected Black Ops in T2 Ship production, Build Price and Profit list at #DIV/0!

Cheers

Edit - the Capital Jump Drive Build Price seems to be giving the error as its Build price is #DIV/0

Edit - Nevermind - I had the Number of runs cell deleted

Hi Maddord
Thank you for the information, it has helped a lot to find this bug. It wasnt easy as the bug was only there if you had material enough for one as you write. So thanks for that hint.
It should now be corrected in the newly uploaded version 16.7.9

It appears that pricing is not pulling Eve Central (found this on something else I was working on) could that cause the above error?
