So I have recently gotten into trading and I have a nice buffer tank itty 4, and now I need something for faster trips. Is there a recommend frig/setup to use? Thanks in advance :)

Personally I use an Atron rigged for speed for my fast <100m3 trips to the market. It's completely up to you, any quick frig works for running to the market and back (though hauling high-value cargo in a frig is always a bad idea).

Skill up toward blockade runners. Your life will never be the same.

In the meantime, your favorite mining frigate (navitas, etc) will offer decent speed with a couple hundred m3, or your local ti1 speed frigate (atron for example) will offer insane align times for quick warping. A fast cruiser like the Stabber may be an option, although they warp slower (3.0 au) you can fit them to align quite nicely. Also look at execuror, it gets a nice cargo bonus and is often overlooked.

The Probe and Kestrel are good ships for smallish market runs. My unfitted probe warps at 6 AU/s, goes about 300m/s and carries 350m3. Kestrel might be a little slower, but I think has better base cargo. Probe has 2 lowslots though, so I think it might win overall.

Blockade runners.

Ideall Crane or ... Viator? due to their cargo capacity which is the key requirement. They all have the agility, speed and fitting to bust through any gatecamps or if not in null sec, simply cloak and gtfo.

For empire space - there're 2 good variants, malediction or helios.

Fit both with couple of t2 warp speed rigs, MSE, bunch of passive resistance amplifiers, inertia stabs in low, dc for malediction may be good option too.

With malediction you achieve 2 second align time, 7k ehp and 21.5 au/s warp speed.
With helios you can get 3 second align time, 5.5-6k ehp and 21.5 au/s warp speed + cloak.

To travel most comfortably you will want to avoid using cloak (because if you issue jump command and cloak afterwards, ship in most cases warps to gate and fails to jump). That's why both ships need to be able to hold at least two volleys of faction-fit smartbomb battleships.

Cloak can be used if you jump into some kind of scanres camp though, so i consider both variants being equal. Malediction can use t2 cloak for such cases too, but it will take some time to get out of the campers point range.

If you need more cargo - as others mentioned, blockade runners are obvious step forward.

Viator? No.

Prowler is definitely the only choice if you want to use it in w-space from time to time.
If you need to move cruiser hulls - prorator only. Probably also applies to large control towers.

Prorator has good flexibility when it comes to mobility/cargo switch (my prorator has 2 t2 agi rigs + bunch of cargoholds/nanos in low-slots and cargo, so i can switch from 4 second align time and 3k cargo to slower align and 8k+ cargo).
Prowler in mobile config has bigger cargo hold than prorator in mobile config, and slightly better mobility. It lacks option to get as much cargo space as prorator can. If you don't need such option and want just mobility - then prowler is blockade runner of your choice.

Not sure if viator or crane can compete with these two.
