EVE interfering with CPU clock - Rage Rage Rage!

Last night I ran 3 EVE accounts for hours without any issues. I've been running multiple accounts without issues for years.

Today, after the patch, running 3 accounts has made my CPU clock lose about 10 seconds every minute. I have a Windows XP machine. Having the launcher running or not makes no difference.

WTF CCP?
Are you frickin' kidding me?
Did you fire everyone who remembers the boot.ini fiasco?
Fix this stupid crap ASAP.
