Ship switching issue after new patch March 13

The shield should be @ 100% after switching in space.

I did not read anything in the new patchnotes that would suggest it was returned to the normal situation before crucible.

I just switched ships and my shield is half in red again... is this issue going to be resolved or is this going to be back to the old way?

Can I get a bit more details?

Where you switching ships in space?
Where you boarding a ship from a pos or a ship?

There is a known bug with a certain subsystem that causes this to happen but in order to fix it we need to do some deep dark magic.
