Eve gate evemails font issues (apostrophe etc,)

When writing mails via eve gate, there are several characters that sometimes do not work.

For instance, writing an apostrophe (') will be represented in an in-game mail by code most of the time.

Spaces on rare occasion are represented by &nsbp.
