Distribution Missions... Im sick of this crap

Okay so I've been playing eve for about 9 years, Ive had great times with my past corps. Why is it that missions are only made for certain ships?? Why can't there be Distribution missions that actually requires players to be able to use Freighters?? Or how about combat missions allowing some type of gameplay for recon ships... I mean cmon... these ships are specific to a type of gameplay right now.

Why can't missions be able to use ALL ships to maximum use like a freighter be able to use most or all of its cargo space? Courier missions not being "fun" is irrelevant because there are ppl out there who I know that use contracts for an excuse to take their freighter out instead of having it parked, the problem is these a holes that contract ask for a 1billion Collateral with a 10 million isk reward for 26 jumps and 256k cargo space... WTF so contracts don't really help this problem. I sometime still do it anyways to get my provi out in space if im not moving around mods or doing corp related things, just using it for missions.

flame me if you guys want I just would like to see more options for my distribution missions. if theres no solution Im going to be giving my provi away

Contract it to me if you don't want it.

That said, Freighters, Recons etc are specialist ships. Average joe missionbear isn't going to have specialist gear like that lying around, so what are they supposed to do when they get a string of missions requiring them? Recons are PVP boats, use them there. Freighters are, well, freighters. Hundreds of millions of isk in dedicated, slow moving cargo hauler. Maybe L 5 distribution missions or something, but making them a requirement for someone doing hauling missions isn't such a great idea. (Unless you have a BPO I guess.)
