Melt Value vs Market Price

So, I've been away for a while, but I was wondering if anyone has come up with a melt value vs market value tool to evaluate all the loot from missioning. I have tons of crap, but I also have perfect refine. I know that some stuff has value above melt, but much does not. I think I could build such a tool with APIs, but I prefer not to reinvent.

Real life example: I actually bought a tea set this past summer and sent it to the refiner. Made a pretty penny, but my wife was sad to see the teapot melted.
