Character started as a PVP alt, but i grew bored and have just been flipping skills for a month so time to get rid.

No kill rights
No standings worth mentioning
Next neural re-map 17th April (1 months time)

Exelent gunnery skills - would make a good high sec ganking alt with minimal training.
