Do New Accounts still get the Cerebral Accelerator

Wasn't quite sure where to put this up, but I guess it counts as new. When I created Drew I got a Cerebral Accelerator, it was November last year, but I can't remember if it was a special offer at the time to get one when you brought an account from the website (NOT the boxed edition)

Is this still the case? If I created a new account now would I still get one?

Check with evetimecode.com, they were running a Commissioned Officer edition (digital) that will give you the cerebral augmenter thing.
