It is a crazy time and Black Frog pilots are working to bring the queue under control. Most of our contracts are less than 24 hours old now, and the red hot contracts are being worked on right now.

We have had a few questions coming up in our chat more than usual:

Do you deliver to XXX system?
We DO deliver to station systems in low-sec and NPC null-sec
(NPC stands for Non-Player Character i.e. in-game character controlled by EVE server-side AI)

We DO NOT deliver to POS (player owned starbases) or conquerable stations/systems

>>There are a very few low-sec systems we avoid including, Tama, Old Man Star, Rancer and Amamake.<<

How much can you carry?
We can carry anything up to 360 000 m3 in a jump freighter

Can you work out my contract?
No, please us our trip calculator to assist you in working out the reward for your package.

Do NOT use cans, we are currently in war dec operations and it makes contract management simpler.

If you can PLAN ahead, place contracts early - well before the weekend - which are our busiest times

Contract made from a fresh alt who sends my needs to nullsec.

From the date i issued the contract till completion time it took : 17 hours 23min.

Maybe it is cause i gave a tip, but service deserves one.

Can I assume that if the calculator recognizes the system name in null, that you do indeed service it?
