Anyone else having no response from petitions submitted online or via email? What do you do?

The issue has been resolved. I followed advice here and escalated the petition. Within a few hours there was a response and the accounting error was corrected.

Okay, I'm going to say this with as much patience as I can:

You broke the rules (and, as it stands, the law), and got caught. You had your illegal goods confiscated, and the profits from that illegal sale siezed. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse -- doubly so in this case, because you didn't check to see if what you were doing was legal in the first place.

Incacerated thieves aren't allowed to keep the thousand-dollar TV they stole.

Why do you feel that you're entitled to profit from illegal actions?

I am not upset about having the ISK taken from me that I obtained from selling the PLEX I bought out of game. I am upset about the ISK taken from me from the sale of PLEX that I bought from CCP.

I was unaware at the time of the transaction that what I was doing was in violation, I am a law abiding player and made a mistake. I was taken advantage of by another player and led to believe it was okay. I apologize and understand that what I did was wrong. The GM that took the ISK pointed out exactly what I had done wrong and I won't do it again.

I am not looking for sympathy I am only asking if anyone has had a similar problem with petitions being answered and what other recourse may exist. The point that a GM took legitimately earned ISK from me and a corp mate, not profits from illegally obtained items. I bought PLEX from CCP, sold it, and the ISK from that sale was taken from me.

Again, there is nothing else that I can say to apologize to the game for breaking the EULA, I accept the consequences and am moving on, but I am also wronged in the sense that a GM tagged ISK that I made last month from selling PLEX that I bought from CCP as stolen and took that as well. I am upset that there is no answer to my emails and I have to get someone's attention to the matter here.

Best you can do is ask for an escalation to a senior GM.

You just got owned by this guy, you really got RL scammed by this guy.

It's called real money trading for items in game and it's verbotten if you're not an official distributor !!

Don't worry about it OP. You're better off not playing EVE anyway if you got scammed by some guy on facebook like that. You wouldn't last 10 minutes in Jita.
