I don't see this information on any candidate's text nor on the match question thingy...

- What is your general take on the development towards WiS and DUST?
- Are you all pro, cautiously pro, cautiously con or all con?

I am definitely the most vocal supporter of continued development of ambulation in Eve. The thread referenced in a recent dev blog was one I started months ago.

As to Dust, I am anxious to see how it does. It is a pretty radical experiment in the console space. I think it has a chance to do very well and be another step in making the Eve universe the largest and most diverse. I think there are few factors that could be issues for Dust.

This is basically a new model for console games.

The platform choice was driven I believe the restrictions Microsoft puts in place for monitization and connections to third party services. If those had been overcome I think Dust would have had a better chance on the Xbox or even the PC.

I am worried that given planets are currently key to so many aspects of Eve industry, getting the interaction of the two games wrong could have horrible consequences for Eve. So I'll be watching that closely.

I guess the best way to know what I think about Dust is I intend to buy a PS3 to play it. So I am definitely hoping for the best with Dust!

I hope that helps,

So pray to god that this tool doesnt get elected, or we will have more space barbie crap clogging up ccps time, rather than letting them actually fix the game.

Although her (his?) attitude towards dust shows signs of intelligent thought...

Thank you very much Issler! I will check up on that thread :-)

I'm still hoping for replies from some more candidates.

Pro Ambulation - loved it in 2008, WTF is the holdup????

Pro Dust - Could bring the console gamers into eve proper.

Read the complete Platform here: http://www.eve-online-dark-taboo.com/vote/

If you want you vote to count just once in EVE vote for PsychoBitch.

Sick of CCP devs and their hair-brained, half-baked, blue-balled ideas?

Sick of self-important fat puds and frail half-elves on the CSM?

Sick of things in eve that should have been fixed A G E S ago not being fixed and new errors being introduced daily?

Make you one vote count finally, vote for PsychoBitch!

If you are voting for someone who has been in the CSM before - you have wasted your vote on F A I L

Don't be a failure, be a hero. Vote for PsychoBitch now!

Right now the bar for improving WiS is so low it's hard to imagine how it couldn't be improved by a couple of coders, a large part of my personal disgust with the Incarna launch was the complete lack of any content for all the supposed engineering hours expended on it, especially when accounting for the extra hours for the NEx store and the MT's that relied on the half baked WiS environment. Right now I believe that WiS is stuck between a rock and a hard place, now that it's out there it looks great for all of 5 minutes, and then it turns into something that detracts from the game. Without further development the ridiculously limited WiS experience is damaging the game, but any developer time spent on it is developer time not spent on fixing some of the actual gameplay issues as opposed to the issues perceived by new players. I recruit dozens of new trial players via my youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/szyzyg) and the pointlessness of WiS comes up all the time. In my opinion, for the health of the game, CCP needs to hack some relevancy on there simply to stop discouraging new players, and I suspect that access to some PVE agents will be what fits in there. But CCP will need to be vastly more communicative to demonstrate to the vets that this isn't bringing down the rest of the game.
