Eve Political Spam Evemail?!!

I would rather vote for someone who took the time and initiative to write an email in game to show he cares and solicit my vote than someone who didn't. Petitions and emails shouldn't sway you for voting for that person. He is just doing what has to be done to get the job. If he puts that kind of effort into being in the CSM then it is a good choice to vote for him.

You people that are so put off by a single email that can easily be deleted or ignored are pretty pathetic. Perhaps CCP should just remove the mailing system all together? While they are at it maybe they should remove chat entirely. I mean...if you can't ignore a single email then how can you possibly ignore chat?

I wouldnt mind if I was like the only one on the To list. Not one of 200 people.

I can understand how you would feel this way. Personally I figured he would send this out to everybody he could not just a select number of people. I didn't really see it as a negative thing at all. Frankly I am surprised that I haven't received more emails like his from other candidates. Either way...the rage and hate directed at him for such a simple thing is really rather idiotic.

I probably wouldn't have been offended if I didn't have to scroll down through the list of recipients to actually get to the message. Sadly, I can see that doing it by hand one person at a time(even with heavy copy/paste) would be a LONG night.

for me i will be waiting till near the end of the election, any vote for me crap from a candidate goes straight onto my go to hell list.

But then again as a proud Scotsman we tend to do things like that just for the hell of it.

Take the Independence referendum, from what I read the more the Westminster government pushed the predicted poll on a yes vote went up.

At least he's trying. The rest of 'em? Who gives a ****. I voted for Darius because his shenanigans today made me lol at his victims but without the erage threads I wouldn't have found out anything on my own.

It's not the voters responsibility to figure out who to vote for. You're supposed to tell me why I should vote for you and even though I loath robocalls, Trebor was the only one making any effort outside the CSM forum.

Two ways of doing this.

The Mr Epeen way: Open mail. Note it's nothing interesting. Close mail.

Everyone else: Open mail. Have an apeshit panic attack. Run screaming for the forums. Emopost insane drama in every thread they can find.

I like my way better. Although, yours is more entertaining.
