Not sure if this is the place to put this. But I found an Empty Class 1 (has 3 POS, but they are offlined) that leads to high sec.

J222914 is a class-1 (C1) w-system with a hisec static. It has pretty mediocre PI, but good shield tanking system effects (pulsar).
As C1s go it's kinda middling - great system effects, hisec static, but not-great PI.

It may be attractive to a beginner w-space person, or to someone more experienced wanting to setup a quiet w-space industry location.

If you're willing to keep someone in the system, baby-sitting, you may find a customer in time ... but it's not likely to be quick, and you're not likely to make a lot of isk from the effort.

All the same, you should be posting in the 'Sell orders' section under the 'Eve marketplace' group of forums.

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.
