I have started training this alt for sale as a scout/scanner with a wee bit of covert cyno in for good measure. About to train cov-ops to V and will then train up all Astrometrics to at least IV. THis char will have 4 jump clones within 24 hrs of this post.

How much will char be worth with all astrometrics to IV - (acquisition/pinpointing/rangefinding ) with cov-ops still at IV not V. What else does this char need to make it worth peoples ISK?
