I'd strongly recommend a pilgrim.

The more expensive your ship is the more it will attract the blob... so if you go for T3 then you should better prepare to lose it sooner or later especially if you want to PVP in it.

My favorite ships to fly in low sec (No particular order):
- Talos
- Oracle
- Manticore
- Harpy
- Slicer

I think my favorite gang comps are Nano BC and Inty/Bomber.

I've solo roamed with all of them, actually. I prefer the Talos to the Oracle for it, though. Otherwise I'm happy with my list even for solo PVP.

I like the Vaga. If I'm solo I always carry dishonour drones just in case I get into any sticky/hairy situations.

The good ship Friendship is the best ship to fly imo
