I like the concept of awarding based on player loyalty, i.e. years playing. If awarding via ships, potential methods could be:


Ship class based point system based on years of play:

Shuttle: 1 pt
Frig: 2 pt
Destroyer: 3 pt
Cruiser: 4 pt
BC: 5 pt
BS: 6 pt

Points for years of play:

<1 : 1 pt
1-2: 2 pt
2-3: 3 pt
4-5: 4 pt
5-6: 5 pt
7-8: 8 pt
9: 9 pt
10: 11 pt

Ships would be useful and between tech 1 and 2 in stats and unique. Unique would vary from paint schemes for the lower point ships to unique hulls for the higher point ships.

As a customer, I did not know I was entitled to get something up and beyond what I decided to pay for.

I will have to try this approach next time I visit one of my favorite restaurants - "Hey, I've been coming here for years so where is my free food?"

Is everyone REALLY unaware that the 10th anniversary of EVE is not until next YEAR ??

It's not CCP's B'Day, it's EVE's birthday. CCP and the Players should come together to do something to celebrate EVE, ie. a fun, open to everyone , CCP enabled event.

I turn 25 on the 2nd of may [as a side note] been playing eve since 2006 :D ... some SPs for all my chars would be greatly appreciated because i paused playing eve for some time and i need an update to my skills! :D

Well Today is my birthday and all I just wanted from CCP is for them to say happy birthday but I havent received any mail for that...that would be a a fine addtion for your server to send happy birthday cards to eve players birthdays...so for your next aniversary, make your platform more friendly remind you and send birthdays cards to your players...

I'm assuming gifts are set in stone at this point now that the list has been released?

Recommendations:

-enable ships wobbling in hangar view (pre-Captains Quarters)

-add more missions (NPC fleet vs. NPC fleets that actually shoot)

-STOP NERFING EVERYTHING!

My gift to CCP on their tenth anniversary would be this

1. Personally dye Hilmar's Hair brown or black instead of ginger

2. Teach CCP punky to talk with an English Accent instead of that Eurotrash one she uses at the moment
