There is no need to panic, CCP have this covered. They are removing one of the main sources of minerals, so the price of everything will soar, meaning incursion rewards will have less real value. This way, they can act innocent when accused of nerfing incursions, and can take credit for 'making mining profitable again', even though the actual worth of mining remains unchanged. Everyones a winner/loser!
