Minimum skill-set:
-Accounting V
-Broker Relations V

Minimum standings:
-Faction 7.0+
-Corporation 7.0+

Preferred Factions (in order of their value to me):
-Caldari
-Amarr
-Gallente
-Minmatar

Preferred Corporations (in relation to the above):
-Caldari Navy
-Emperor Family
-Federation Navy
-Brutor Tribe

Perks I would consider paying premium for:
-Good nav skills
-Orca
-Transport Ship
-Freighter
-Covert Ops/t3
