If the Vexor becomes unable to fit guns, the amount of people who fly it will drop to incredibly low numbers; it'd be ENTIRELY DEFENCELESS if you were just starting out and wanted to fly one and only had, say, drones 3 with scout drone operation. Automatically you'd have to end up having Drones 5 and a bunch of other things before even entering this new proposed gunless Vexor; This is DUMB. It will make the appeal of the ship completely crash.

I really, really hope you're not talking about meddling with the Gurista ships too. Because then I have beef with you. If nothing else, Gurista ships need more fitting (Enough to field the next request, and then a bit extra as they're incredibly tight on CPU), and +1 launcher hardpoint each.

If nothing else, maybe make the bonuses to drones more significant than the bonuses to the other weapons while still keeping both? ie. rather than 5% per level, some 7.5% or even 10% in some ability per level?

I am starting to have second thoughts on buying an Arbitrator.

Arbitrators are quite nice. Illogical doesn't mean "not fun to play".
