class 2 wormholes worthless?

what the heck is up with that....class 1 wormhole gives me 10 times more value in sleeper salvage as class 1 cause NMi's have totally become worthless?

am i missing something here?

Yes

Salvage is random.

The fact is class 1 sites have more sleepers than class 2 sites. This means more wrecks that you can salvage. More wrecks = more chances at nanoribbons.

I am by no means an expert, but based on the number of wrecks I would agree you have more chances for a nanoribbon from C1 sites.

But that isn't the whole story. C2's on up have a greater chance for statics to other wormholes, and there lies their benefit.

If you base out of a C1, once it is bottomed out it is a waiting game. But a C2 with a static C2 can be farmed all day long.

now if you are just WH diving, this doesn't mean as much I guess.
