I'm online but ^^^. With sooooo much scamming going on in the character bazaar these days I wonder if this isn't a scam too. There has been no confirmation you returned the isk to initial buyer.

Character scams are illegal by CCP. He would get banned if he scams. No risk in the character bazaar.

As by CCP rules this is a legal action to take.

Agreements on the forums or in game, or winning an auction does not guarantee a character will be transferred to you. The seller may choose to renege on a deal at any time, prior to the transaction being completed

There has been confirmation made. His isk is sent back to him, as this character is obviously worth more than 13.85 bil. Scamming is very clearly stated against the EULA with all character transfers, and will not be tolerated. If you would like the character send me the isk and account info now, and I will transfer the character immediately.

Eitherwise, highest bidder is currently Zecks Marquise with 21 bil.

Actually there is a lot of risk considering I'd be holding the character after 10 hours. Who's to say, plus I'd be the one having to do all the petitioning to straighten it out. Not the perp who sold him. my time is important too you see.

My offer stands at 22.5b. If I get confirmation that previous bidder who sent seller the isk has had it returned to them. Whats a few hours for an extra 1.5b eh? Unless you're in a hurry to move the toon for some reason.

If you're worried about petitions and money and scams on char bazaar, you have no business here. All you'd have to do is post this forum link into a petition and a couple hours later you've got your money back. Not very hard. (not saying that it would be necessary)

Actually I've traded quite a bit and at the minimum we're talking a three day turn around on scammed toons. Believe me, been there done that a couple times.
