Hey, I'm sorry that your poor understanding of moon mining leads you to believe that it is in any way "risk-free." When was the last time your incursion was invaded by 60 titans and 100 supercarriers? When was the last time you actually had to fight to run your incursion? Just because you're a horrible incursion FC who allows incompetent logi pilots into fleets doesn't mean that hisec incursions are "risky" - it's your incompetence, not the inherent risk involved.

Now, considering that you have an utter obsession with risk vs. reward, why don't you stop being a risk averse baby and run lowsec incursions? Do you really believe your own nonsense about 150m/hour PvE in hisec with CONCORD protection not being broken?

1)cyno jam means I get invaded by 1 super per incursion 2)The last time I fought to run my incursion was when I black birded Darius III's MOM fleet. Before that in a lo sec incursion got jumped in a site but whole fleet got away. 3)I've had excellant logi pilots alpha'd & killed from lirsautton alpha in the Kundalini manifest no fault of thier own... NCS alpha too you don't have a clue yourself about Incursions troll. Your incompetence is only exceeded by your ignorance.
Nobody can keep up 150 million an hour hi sec fleets for mutiple reasons your ignorance once again shows with the nonsense your spouting about second/third hand accounts.

Through what was one of the luckiest set of circumstances ever we owned a low sec tech moon for nearly a year. I can tell you when someone finally noticed much 'sploding occured and all traces of us there were quickly removed. I have no idea who owns the moon now but I bet they have lots of guns and caps to keep it safe.

I would like to see CCP add an alternative to the tech moon and finally give us an alchemy reaction for Technetium.

While the OP puts his point accross in about the stupidest way possible, I cannot help but agree with his point. I still say that the Tech in moons should deplete and randomely spawn in a new moon somewhere else in another region entirely. Yes this means scanning new moons for tech all the time and anchoring pos's for harvesting. Now there is RISK involved instead of having one system with Tech moons become heavily defended and fortified until it is impossible to assault like they are now.

It would also force alliances to actually defend all of their space instead of just the few major systems they care about that thave tech moons. Instead of going to war for Tech moon systems people would have a reason again to go to war for the rest of the currently useless systems in hopes of having a better chance of getting Tech moons.

I made a proposal a while back the the high moon deplete and move as you suggest. Add to that changes in the super caps that make them essentially mobile stations and null suddenly becomes a lot more dynamic.

A power block would have to periodically find the new high value moons, then migrate using their super caps for support in their efforts to capture the new moon locations.

I like the idea that drones could randomly poop out moon goo like they do minerals so the monopolies could be broken.
I'd laugh too if incursions started popping up in wormholes.

I made the same proposal long ago on the old forums...never goes well. People don't want to work for anything anymore.

Sure I have. Many many times. I don't know what that has to do with anything though. I also spend my life in WH space and am always scanning system after system for hours on end several days a week. I make good money in WH space so I accept that as part of what it takes to live in a WH.

I dont know, nor i care.

I do not own any R64 moon harvesters / POSes.
I do not fly Incursions.

I play when i see fit at the field which suits me, i dont feel an urge to compete on every level with everyone, as many EVE players are far better then me and they fully deserve the riches.
