I'm pretty sure that would require some form of Quantum physics in time relativity to skip the process of performing and go straight to process completion to do what you ask.

Just go find a thread they posted in. Set their pic in the middle of the screen. Then stand up and turn around three times saying their name. That CCP will appear for you.

I wouldn't expect a reply because we don't have to accept personal convo's on TQ and we don't have to reply to EVEMails, I think even some people are not allowed to do either of those

If you want to send private messages to devs here is how to:

1. Whine and get reputation of unstable person which all sane devs try to avoid.
2. Make those who actually are crazy enough to talk to you suffer and regret what they did.
3. Enter ragepn0wnage more and **** people off daily. Friends are for n00bs.
4. When you think you are well trained and bitter vet enough, say something about burning in fire.
5 BANG. Now you are able to file only private messages under personal relations category.
