FKs in toolkit are broken

Right; first of, *** *** **** ********* ***** ****** ***** mssql. There I said it.

Now secondly, I've managed to import the toolkit data and not a single FK was added. Went back to the SQL file and found the FKs are commented out - right, uncomment run and.... errors. So at some point (recently?) datatypes for certain tables where updated and FKs not so much (or the tables pointing to them).

Is there a workaround for this? I've managed to load most keys, but I still have some 15 odd tables who seems to be dead set on having no friends :(

Also, is there any helpful documentation for the design of the data or is it "Grab your chisel, duct tape and hammer; we are going data mining?"
