What happened to Hulkageddon?

Well..it was announced to be some time early 2012..here

But the blog has not seen any activity from Helicity since...December 9.

So we have a missing pirate. I've seen nary a wink, nod, nor login on the one IM contact I have with said individual in seven months.

So so far, no Hulkageddon. It may be revived if someone who actually has time, trust, and that certain way of collecting and giving out prizes that Helicity did.

Until then, Hulkageddon sleeps. Go out and mine today! Never mind the folks who seem intent on blowing you up not during Hulkageddon.

Helicity Boson last tweeted me on Dec 31 that it would be all of February, but even Tweets stopped as of Jan 4th.

Not a word since.

Was supposed to be Helicity and Mittani in cahoots running it.

IMHO, they got 'talked to", esp. with Mittani being CSM chair, but that's my speculation only.

Helicity doesnt have an active character or appparent interest in the game at this time.

If anyone wants to take up the gargantuan effort he put into this event in the past then im sure he would have no issue. The problem being of course that who would be considered trustworthy to champion such an event in his absence?

I could do it but I don't know if I have the patience, talent or support to do it ( ♥ Helicity)

Yup. Nobody to trust with the donated prize ships and money anymore, except a few like you. Possibly Chribba, but I don't think he'd be willing on principle, although who knows ?

Well, I consider myself trustworthy but i'd need plenty of others to validate that! I believe I would be able to moderate this stuff but in helicity's absence, like I say, it would all be sceptical.

All posting / blogging / tweeting activity from Helicity stopped on Jan 1. Seems rather sudden.
