First of all I apologize if this has been anwered before, but I suck with the "search" button.

Is there a patter in the localization of incursions? Are there some constellations where we will never get one?

I am asking this because, unless I missed it, there have never been an incusrion in the constellations where I usually live. Is there anyone who has a list of all the const. where incusrions took place since they have been implemented?

its in Journal on your neocom. From there, go to Incursions tab.. or was it global?> Ugh but yeh.

IIRC Incursions are completely random in position. As to a history of them, you'd have to look for a player-run log of them, I don't see any reason why that would be in game.

Incursions appear in certain constellations that fulfill requirements.
Such as: all systems much have the same range of security status (all null, all low or all high).
There must be at least: 1 staging, 1 HQ, 1 assault and 3 vanguards = 6 systems.
There must be max: 1 staging, 1 HQ, 2 assault and 4 vanguards = 8 systems.

That is what I THINK it is and I don't believe I have seen any differences.

ammzi would you tell if you did see a patern?

from doing them for a month or two i noticed some spawns do follow others. prolly just a coincidence

Not trying to argue (besides, why pick THIS point), but I have noticed on a few occasions the Staging System is in High Sec and the rest of the Incursion is in Low Sec. Have not looked to see if there is a Low, Null equivalent.
edit: (although it has been about 6 months, so maybe this was fixed)

There is an ancient Dev Blog stating the Incursions are randomly generated, and will only NOT occur in the Constellations with Major Trade Hubs: Jita, Dodixie, Amarr, and Rens for sure. Probably includes Hek and Tash-Murkon, but Dev Blog was not that specific.
